True Living offers Adult Day Services, Respite Care, Long Term Care and Room and Board.

Adult Day Care Services:
means care, assistance, and supervision of an individual who is older, as defined in these rules, who does not stay overnight.

Respite Care:
provides short-term relief for primary caregivers. It can be arranged for just an afternoon or for several days or weeks.

Long Term Care:
Long-term care (LTC) is a variety of services which help meet both the medical and non-medical needs of people with a chronic illness or disability who cannot care for themselves for long periods (Wikipedia).

Services offered by home:

Medication management, behavior management, 24-hr care, bathing, dressing, bowel and bladder care, eating, meal preparation, grooming, mobility and ambulation, scheduling of Doctor appointments, scheduling transportation, laundry, daily housekeeping, activities and skilled nursing care with help of community-based registered nurses.

Home Health services may be suitable for residents in the home and must be ordered by the primary care provider. These home health services include Speech therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Nursing.
